Martin has over 25 years experience in compliance and control functions.  His previously held positions include Head of Compliance for Union Bancaire Privee London, and Vice President at Merrill Lynch International Private Bank in both London and Frankfurt.  Martin holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.
